At Woody’s Geekery, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and reliably. We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the type of address provided. Carrier selection is based on ensuring the most efficient and secure delivery.

Processing & Build Times

Made-to-order items: Products that are crafted in-house require a 1 to 4 business day build time prior to shipment.

Premade items or orders with completed build time: These are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Tracking Information Tracking details will be provided once your order has been packed. You will receive a notification with your tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress.

We do not accept returns on the following:

Any item that has been opened and/or used
Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order arrives with a damaged box or missing items:

Please take clear photos of the box, including any visible damage or openings

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Return Shipping Fees
Approved returns are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise specified.
